Milestones Of Our Legacy:

1982

In 1982, we laid the foundation of our journey by starting a small shop named Pankaj Vasan Bhandar. This humble beginning became the root of our deep expertise in metalwork and cookware products

1994

Shifted to wholesale distribution of cookware products across North Gujarat, Panchmahal, and Rajasthan - with market penetration and presence-building.

2010

The year 2010 marked the beginning of cookware manufacturing at Radhe Industries in Chhatral, Gujarat a significant step forward, driven by a vision for quality and innovation.
In the same year, Protege was launched as a flagship brand, embodying intelligent design, lasting durability, and efficient Cookware solutions.

2018

We took over Radhe Industries along with the Protege brand, initiating a strategic restructuring to enhance operational efficiency and expand the product portfolio in the cookware industry under the Protege umbrella.

2019

Established first stainless steel triply cookware unit at Himmatnagar, introduced three-layer (stainless-aluminium-stainless) cookware for healthy and uniform cooking.

2024

Started a second modern production plant at Himmatnagar to increase stainless steel cookware manufacturing and meet the growing demand.

2025

Brought all of its businesses under one single corporate name Aadeshwar Houseware Limited unifying its brands and operations to provide customers with an integrated and more powerful approach.
